Make a proxy of a git in gitroot

• [x] Add kind proxy in repoConf

• [ ] don’t init in main, make a branch and push distant (need auth)
• [ ] doc to explain user how to add gitroot has distant collaborator (need private key so can’t be user to be able to push)
