Apex need to point to graft for branches

Today apex render grafts. And graft list rendered modified files.

Find a way to link to graft in /branches/index.html withtout linking apex with graft plugin. Maybe user can set a conf? {linkToBranch: '/branches/$BRANCH_NAME.html'} -> {linkToBranch: '/branches/$BRANCH_NAME/grafts/$BRANCH_NAME.html'}
