Make a proxy of a git in gitroot

• [x] Add kind proxy in repoConf
• [x] inactive all plugins
• [ ] don’t init in main, make a branch and push distant (need auth)
• [ ] doc to explain user how to add gitroot has distant collaborator (need private key so can’t be user to be able to push)
• [ ] when to pull main?
• [ ] push when user push (or not explain in doc this is dangerous)

• [ ] don’t overwrite files if exist (README, conf…) like that will just work with other gitroot
