Today a plugin is an url which point to a wasm. Whan downloaded and runned this url is transformed into : a name and a version.
To avoid name conflict, we should add a scope. So hop plugin became gitroot.hop. USer can fork and generate mine.hop plugin.
Scope will permit to group plugins in market, and to certify quality (or not).
