Release need to much steps

All steps are in README release.

• [ ] make build must add version in binary name and directory of generation
• [ ] add a make release which build and generate commit hash and sha256 for each binaries
• [ ] update README release
• [ ] find a way to better explain binaries arch/cpu in tutorials (pointing to latest but by arc?)
