10Today a plugin is an url which point to a wasm. Whan downloaded and runned this url is transformed into : a name and a version.

12To avoid name conflict, we should add a scope. So `hop` plugin became `gitroot.hop`. USer can fork and generate `mine.hop` plugin.

14Scope will permit to group plugins in market, and to certify quality (or not).
